These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TestMyIdea (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TestMyIdea lets you generate landing pages, social posts, and advertising campaigns from your ideas, and to publish them through connected third-party platforms. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service, including publishing to platforms you connect.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to violate the policies of any connected third-party platform.

When you connect external accounts such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them, including any advertising and content rules.

The Service uses AI to generate content. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before you publish or rely on it.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by TestMyIdea and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestMyIdea will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
